Shipping policy
【Delivery Charges】
Local delivery is free for orders over HK$800 (excluding Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, restricted areas, and outlying islands, and does not include additional fees such as stair fees and gate fees).
If the order amount is less than HK$800, a delivery fee of HK$40 will be charged.
*Currently, we do not provide delivery services to outlying islands, Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Tap Mun, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan Slaughterhouse, Shenzhen Bay Port, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, and restricted access areas.
*If the delivery unit does not have access to an elevator, delivery will only be made to the ground floor.
*If the nearest parking area to the delivery location requires a gate fee, the driver will charge you for this fee.
*Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items, or items can be received by the management office. If there are changes to the delivery arrangements or if delivery cannot be completed within the specified time, customers will be notified and arrangements will be rescheduled, incurring an administrative fee of HK$60.
Please note that customers must ensure all information is correct before payment. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information:
- Product, quantity, color, and size
- Recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address
- Payment information
【Delivery Time】
Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days after the order is received and confirmed (for pre-ordered products, shipping will occur within 5 working days after stock is available).
If we cannot ship on the scheduled date, we will notify customers as soon as possible. If customers find the new date unacceptable, they may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
In adverse weather conditions, our transport partners may not be able to arrive on time, which is beyond our control. Any delays or inability to complete delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control will result in rescheduling delivery dates. Therefore, we will not be responsible for delayed deliveries.
Any additional fees must be paid upon receipt; otherwise, it will be treated as a failed delivery, and there will be an additional arrangement for delivery, incurring an administrative fee of HK$60.
【Self-Collection】
If you choose the self-collection service, customers can pick up their items from the showroom one working day after receiving the shipping notification email. (Please make an appointment in advance.)

【Pre-Ordered Products】
Pre-ordered products generally arrive within 2 - 6 weeks; however, this arrival date is for reference only and is subject to shipping and logistics conditions.
In special circumstances such as delays in delivery, shipping schedules, customs inspections, weather factors, or international situations, delays may occur of an additional 1 - 3 weeks. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to these uncontrollable factors.
To thank customers for their trust, if the arrival date of the pre-ordered product is delayed by more than 6 weeks from the originally notified date, we will arrange to cancel the order and refund the payment.
By confirming the order, customers acknowledge and agree to the above delivery and collection terms and policies. Conpet Innovation Limited reserves the right to modify all delivery and collection terms without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Conpet Innovation Limited reserves the final decision.
